Waiting for your breakthrough

I know most of us live our lives by a timeline, creating a task list and checking it off as we go in our day-to-day schedule, I appreciate having organization and streamlining so we all have structure.

But as I think of everything and look through a spiritual lens, I always pray and believe, that everything has a plan and a purpose, in every season, and while waiting for a breakthrough, whether it’s restoring relationships with family or friends, receiving healing in our health, advancement and promotion in our careers, waiting on unanswered prayers, etc.

We all experience a waiting process in every season of our lives.

I always want to keep in mind that God‘s delays are not necessarily his denials in our prayers.

Our growth is in the waiting season, just like a garden with flowers, herbs, and trees, it needs water, fertilizer, and sun to grow, thrive, and flourish. Similarly, we want our prayers to be answered right away, almost overnight, but sometimes when we want to be in control, then we don’t leave room for God to move in our lives, he will want to give us the very best, so we never just settle because we may feel impatient and we want to rush through everything.

Waiting season

Organically, learning how to have patience and not be stationary or stagnant will encourage us to not feel one dimensional in our thinking, but to take a step back and learn how to just have a leap of faith, and be intentional with having positive thoughts, creates a natural flowing prayer life, which will allow us to spiritually walk with receiving and declaring our blessings!

I read my Bible every single day and right now I’m reading the book of Psalms, one chapter a day, and reading the word, pours into my spirit and transforms my way of thinking so that I have more peace, joy, and freedom.

So while you’re waiting for your breakthrough, our heavenly father God, is already working in your favor, he’s increasing blessings in your life, and he knows everything is in his perfect timing because he loves you so much, and he wants you to trust him during the waiting season, praise Jesus for his redemptive brilliance!

May the blessings of God‘s grace overwhelm you!

You are my refuge and my stronghold, my God, in whom I will trust.

Psalms 91:2

With Love,
